THE HOTEL IS NEAR TO THE SHOPPING AREA & OUT OF TRAFFIC. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL & HOTEL IS SAFETY. EVEN THE STAFF SUGGESTED A STUDIO ROOM TO HAVE A GOOD STAY WITH FAMILIES THE HOTEL NEED TO FOCUS MORE ON THE ROOM CLEANESS, ESPECIALLY THE BATHROOM. THE BREAKFAST NEED MORE VERIETIES NOT FOCUSING ONLY INDIAN FOOD BUT SOME WESTERN BREAKFAST ALONG

Very good and safe place and the staff and the Mr. MOHMED was very, very helpful. i can strongly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in chennai, very good room and clean. Everything was perfect. i enjoyed the stay.

its well located for the kind of travellers specially to this place. and its relatively new property with lots of good high end boutiques, eateries, restaurants etc. The property is neat & well equipped. the Breakfast. and lack of restaurant.

The staff is well-trained and super friendly. And I loved the view on the palm trees, it was very calming. The location is also very calm, which is a good point for a bustling city like Chennai. I would definitely recommend.

The behaviour of attendants was good. The service desk people are also very good. A fridge, induction heater and electric kettle were provided in the room. The hotel is within walking distance (3 mins walk) from the main block of Apollo hospital. The restaurant is serving minimal items only. It needs to be expanded.

Prime location and clean room were the positives. There was no breakfast option available (though paid snack options were offered, which I wasn’t interested in). Overall, the stay was great, but the room was smaller than expected, and the bed was a double instead of the queen size I thought I had booked. Keep in mind the room size and bed size while booking

Cleanliness I found the bed sheets were not changed. Red marks were there. I ordered food the plate got broken instead of changing the food I found same snacks were severed where I saw broken pieces of plates were there.
