Leaky roof. Wet floor. Staff were lethargic and irresponsible.

Leaky roof. Wet floor. Irresponsible staff. No professionalism. No ethics whatsoever.

If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had — a complete disaster from the moment we arrived. Let’s start with the parking situation and entry: the roads leading to the hotel were dug up and in a horrible state. Absolutely no signage or assistance, which made getting to the property a nightmare. After a long flight, this was the last thing we needed. Upon entering the hotel, things only went downhill. The reception gave off a strong, unpleasant vibe — I’m trying to be polite here, but it resembled a brothel more than a hotel. Dim lighting, disorganized check-in, and staff that seemed more annoyed than welcoming. To their credit, the staff was responsive. They replied quickly whenever we asked anything — but sadly, what they said or did in response was either unhelpful or downright ridiculous. When we got to our room, we were horrified. The room was incredibly shady — the kind that makes you want to sleep with one eye open. The sheets were stained and torn, the floors were dirty with visible footprints, and the whole place had a stale, unclean smell. Even worse, the back window was wide open when we got there, completely compromising our safety. We tried to make the best of it, asking the staff for clean sheets at the very least so we could just get through the night. Their response? “There are no extra bedsheets available.” Absolutely unacceptable. This is a basic requirement for any place calling itself a hotel. Not having spare bedsheets or the willingness to fix such an obvious problem is not just poor service — it's a total disregard for guest comfort and hygiene. To top it all off, don’t be fooled by the pretty photos online — they're fake or heavily edited. The place looks NOTHING like what’s shown on Google or their website.

All went wrong I didn't appreciated the management at all for the wrong behavior of staff, we were not safe in the hotel, our life was in danger there. Stayed 1 and a half day but had to leave the hotel for very wrong behavior of staff, due to which, we were not safe staying there. Message to Booking.com: Before you share reviews of such danger hotels, you should make sure, what you are recommending to customers, if we are safe to stay at the hotel or not.

Nothing. I hated my stay The room we received looked nothing like the photos advertised online. Instead of a clean, modern space, we walked into a flooded floor, mold climbing the walls, and water leaking directly from the ceiling. The air was damp, the smell was unbearable, and the room was a clear health hazard, completely unfit for any guest. When we raised the issue, the staff offered no solution - unless we agreed to pay 70% more for an "upgraded" room. But the so-called upgrade wasn’t an upgrade at all. It was the exact same type of room we had originally booked, just without flooding and mold. They tried to charge us extra just to get the basic, livable conditions we had already paid for. Otherwise, they told us to leave and find another hotel ourselves, knowing full well we were in an unfamiliar city on important business with no easy way to relocate. The man at the desk, likely the manager (medium height with a goatee) was rude, dismissive, and blatantly lied about the WiFi, blaming "construction nearby," even though it was working when another staff member gave us the password. They knew exactly what they were doing. They saw we were trapped and tried to squeeze even more money out of us. This wasn’t bad service. It was a planned scam dressed up as a hotel.Nothing here is honest, safe, or professional.
