reasonably good for short stays. customer friendly staff. make sure the adults and kids counts are mentioned correctly while booking using online apps, else endup up paying extra at the property. Sangeetha and Zaitoon are good restaurants nearby.

I didn't eat at the hotel. Everything was good to me.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We obtained whatever we requested. There were many places to eat in the nearby areas.

The room was very neat and clean, with no unpleasant odors. The only issue was the towels, which were quite old, although the bed sheets were in good condition. The manager and other staff members were very cooperative and helpful. The location is excellent, especially for visitors to Apollo Hospitals, as it is conveniently located. While breakfast is not provided, there are several good restaurants within a short walking distance (100-400 meters) My only request to the management to replace the old towels with new one.

Near to the US Consulate, the rooms are average the bedsheets are dirty and towels forget it. Carry your own towel, the hot water takes about 10 min to come. Good friendly staff, they we got the food delivered when I was to lazy to go out. Clean sheets and clean towels please

Room & Bathrooms could have been better especially for the price that was charged. Very poor value for money.

No hot water facility every-time we have to call for hot water then staff will switch ON the water heater or whatever. AC is not working properly. Smoke and Smoke in corridor not at all good for kids.
