Location and the restaurant sangitha in front of hotel was very nice Bed sheet , towel , bathroom , bed were not good Bathroom was smelling towel was not clean Bed was not firm

I had to be near Apollo hospital, so the location was perfect and also the staff were really good and I appreciate the service. the day we arrived i saw some cockroches, i had informed the desk assistant, they gave the roches repellent which anyhow did not work cause the whole premises is infected of cockroches. The beds are very bad quality, the mattresses is very old and sleeping on it is nightmare. we were not given any stationeries like tissue and vanities, unless asked for.
