I like the renovation on the pool. I love the artworks! The food has gone down. I’m coming after a year. I felt sad to see one statue broken. I wonder what happened?

Rooms were clean and staff were quite friendly. The rooms were spacious with a good view. The in room dining and food were terrible. Both the service and quality of food was sub-standard. So we just didn't eat at the hotel

Location is nearby embassy and center of the city. Nothing else is positive here. The staffs were very rude. We booked the room for the family of 4 and disclosed that information in the messages and got written confirmation from the hotel prior to our visit. After arriving the hotel, the staff in the reception treated us like as we were faking and brought more than allowed by property. The way they treated us was very unprofessional manner. Hope they will train their staff. I will never opt for this hotel again. I had another booking at this hotel 2 days later for 3 more nights and immediately cancelled it and booked another nearby hotel.

It felt like a safe place, especially traveling by myself. They assigned me a young lady, if I needed any help

The breakfast team is very friendly and supportive. They are doing their best! The check-out experience with a young lady wearing glasses was quite frustrating. I was charged additional taxes that weren't mentioned on booking.com. When I tried to clarify the situation and suggest they update their website to prevent future confusion, the staff simply kept repeating the justification for these 'mysterious' taxes instead of actually listening to my feedback.

The room is ok. Hotel is ok. The resturant staff are very good. The food is good The reception staff are not friendly and rude and not much helpful. They charge 1000 Rs for using the lobby which is very cheap for such a standard hotel. You can't invite guest and use the lobby without paying. This is so not ok.

We had a nice break of three days. As there were swimming lessons, we had to wait till 6:00pm to use the pool but this was not an issue for us.

The stay was good and the guest concierge helped a lot. Kashish helped me with entire booking process and made the entire stay easier.

The service and Room decor and facilities WIFI coverage was weak.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious and the morning buffet is something to look out for its vast options and with great quality. Kudos to the chef and hotel staff! Thanks for making our stay pleasant and memorable. No Complaints!

Location and room size was bigger than other hotel in this area I made booking for one bedroom suite attached with twin beds rooms and I received confirmation but upon arrival , the receptionist told me we don’t have suite room available and with out even compensation without any solution, I had to go for their downgrade to book two rooms next to each other . 2nd issue is The room smell was extremely bad , I think they have changed the corridors carpet and glue smell was extremely uncomfortable, I’ve tried to inform the reception and call centre and they sent me Air cleaner but it didn’t work , I emailed several times the front office Managers asking for extension but unfortunately no one replied , I had to move to another property two stay for 2 months . I thank only Nesha from the entire hotel and she is from reception she was trying her best to help me out.
