Location The service is very bad and pathetic especially the women receptionist are not good . Especially I have raised a issue like our landline in room is not working So we want to order a food she said more than 2 hours will be waiting time and I told her landline is not working im calling you from my mobile please fix the landline like that I told she said I will try to send the person but till we checked out no one have showed . Even if we ask any doubt there is no response from the receptionist also while checking out there is no pleasant way of replying . We paid nearly 10500 but over all it was a very worst experience not worth for money

I would like to highlight specially about room size, cleanliness and service. Room size is very small even not suitable for one person. When we travel with family not at all suitable. Washroom size you can't imagine, very difficult to take shower. Cleanliness is very bad, especially washroom, and water served is top up with normal water and the bottles were not cleaned properly. Servies: All the staff was in their own zone they don't care about customers and the response at breakfast area is awkward. Room size, washroom size and condition. Cleanliness.

Breakfast was good; the staff needs training! Felt there was a shortage of staff. Noticed the Manager is from North India; as he does not speak South Indian languages, he will not understand the culture and traditions of South Indians. Shortage of staff, and lack of trained staff

Location was good.. Shower was good.. Food was average.. Only one electric socket for entire room.. Room ambience and quality was pathetic like a 1 star hotel.. Staff was not friendly..

Breakfast was pretty decent. We recently stayed at ibis chennai city centre and honestly, it was quite disappointing. The only good thing about this hotel is the location — it’s in a prime area and easy to access most of the city. But apart from that, the experience didn’t match IBIS standards at all. Cleanliness was a major issue. We found hair in the shower area, which was extremely unpleasant and clearly shows poor housekeeping. The bathroom overall felt poorly maintained — definitely not what you expect from a hotel like IBIS. The worst part was the checkout experience. The hotel clearly knew we had multiple large suitcases (we even used their paid airport shuttle), but when we were leaving, we were told there’s no bellboy and we had to carry everything ourselves. We had around 80 kg of luggage — and no support at all. When we asked the receptionist, she was quite rude and didn’t try to help. She just asked us to check with housekeeping ourselves. When questioned about the lack of luggage assistance, she said it’s a “global IBIS standard,” which honestly made no sense. Basic help during checkout is not a luxury — it’s basic service. Overall, not a great experience. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re expecting decent service or cleanliness.

It's fraud site I am going to complaint in consumer court.. without my permission how Bank people allowed to deducted amount from my credit card even it's not asked OTP or PIN..Axis Bank people's and Booking.com are made me pool.If I didn't get Back my amount i will complaint on Axisbank and Booking.com

Room size is very small. Bathroom is like a capsule bathroom in the flights. Sheets are dirty with hair and there are bed bugs.
