The room we stayed did not have a fan. When you don’t want an AC and without a fan it is very difficult.

We had an early departure scheduled for 6 a.m., and the hotel kindly packed breakfast for us. Overall, our stay was pleasant and satisfying—we left feeling happy and well cared for The receptionist could have been more pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. I made the reservation shortly before arriving, and it should have updated in their system within 5–10 minutes. He asked me to wait 15 minutes, but even after 40 minutes, there was no update or communication. Strangely, there were no other customers at the desk, yet I was left waiting for 45 minutes without explanation. I eventually had to approach the reception again to check on my booking. This should have been handled more proactively—guests shouldn’t be the ones chasing updates

The hotel looked very pleasant at the waiting area. Rooms need some upgrades but the bed were comfortable and had a good stay.

The place was old and the rooms were musty. The Air conditioning was not working. Called the front desk. They had to change filthy filters in both rooms. The AC still wasn’t working in the second room. When I complained in the morning that it hadn’t worked all night, the maintenance guy apologized and said it hadn’t been turned on. Poor customer service.

I booked two in both the bathroom exit fans were not working which was very bad to use next person

A decently comfortable property in a busy area. The gym is well equipped for a weight training session and a full time trainer. Could be a bit cleaner. Breakfast could have some changes through the week.

Breakfast buffet. Room No 709 - initial reaction was that it felt like a smoking room. The stench was slight but, it was evident.

It was normal hotel No exhaust fan was working in bathroom it was very bad when y0u or next person use it

Excellently located hotel, with the metro and bus station right nearby. The hotel amenities were wonderful and the breakfast was delightful. The little jungle display of soft toys at the bottom of the elevator was a really nice touch.
