breakfast could be upgraded quality wise and the location is in the centre of the city, so no hassels of transport breakfast afcourse

The timely update room availability and the courteous behaviour of the senior manager. They provided a very bad room to stay in, which looked like it was almost under construction. There was a lot of dust and smoke. There was no proper water supply. There was no proper housekeeping. The receptionist's response was very poor. They were not guiding us properly, and they were giving information about the hotel's quality
