Staff were very kind, patient, accommodating and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and adequate. They provided bottled water daily and will clean your room if you do not put the sign outside the door. The breakfast is included and absolutely delicious! They have an espresso machine and the cappuccinos were surprisingly very tasty. They also have a modern gym and pool. I didn't like that you can't open the windows in the rooms. Ventilation is limited and causing some mold growth from the AC vents. I also didn't like how they made a couple of Indian women get out of the pool because they didn't have a western bathing suit. Rather, they were wearing clean leggings and a t-shirt. I think they should accommodate women who are maybe not used to or do not have access to western bathing suits. Furthermore, I saw an Indian man in the pool with a normal t-shirt and shorts and he was not asked to get out of the pool.

Tt might be more convenient and eco-friendly to have fixed wall dispensers for soap, shampoo, and body lotion instead of small single-use bottles. Just a suggestion to consider for future improvements!

The location was very convenient, the breakfast spread was very good and the overall service was very good. The upkeep of the overall property especially the rooms could have been better.

Hotel was good except that before booking I called to find out if the fridge is there in the room. The person who picked up the phone said no. But I fact the fridge was there in the room. They also said they will call back when I called about the fridge. They don’t call back. No bath robe, no iron box, no hair dryer in the room. Customer needs to ask for it. They are charging exorbitantly for shuttle services. Gym was okay it can be better equipped, AC in the gym was not functioning properly. The foot reflexology is good. Their Food choices during breakfast, Lunch and dinner are very good. Staff is friendly. Their dessert menu is great.
