Worst than ever

We checked out within half an hour due to stinking smell. Fan did not work. Unclean bed and bedsheets. Rusted door with fungus all over walls

There are ongoing works in the area building metro network so therefore noisy at night but they ensured a quiet room for me and always try to help their guests i love this hotel.

Nothing. I paid the whole amount before checking in and when i reached there after 5 hours of bike travel, they asked me to pay additional 600/- telling that this was the room price. I tried to argue that I've already paid the full amount and demanded my check in. The receptionist denied after which i called oyo customer care and informed him about the issue, when the customer care member wanted to talk to the receptionist, he denied to talk to him. The customer care executive tried to call the manager multiple times and he didn't pick up the phone. But the suspicious part is when the receptionist got a call after the customer care executive tried to call the manager where the receptionist was telling details about me to the manager in phone. After around 45 mins in call with the customer care, and stating about legal actions, the receptionist got scared and let me check in with the initial amount. Then there was another great disappointment, the rooms was as ugly and dirty as it can get, with used c*ndom packs and everything. I completely regret using the place and advice noone to go through whatever i went through.
