Great location, walking distance from Little Mount Metro Station, Packed breakfast in the morning comes in good quantity and tasty as well, given that the hotel is in good location, yet it offers value for money option, good for 2-3 days of stay considering one is on business travel Cleanliness can be improved, bathroom needs to be more cleaner

Nothing No service at all. Congested Rooms. I was there for 3 days.....not a single day ,they cleaned . After informing aswell. Worst ever experienced It's expensive aswell.

Location - very central, opposite to Hyatt Hotel. 500 m walking distance from Little Mount Metro Station. Adequate noise insulation is provided. Lift facilitates elderly people. Air Conditioning works fine, as its necessary in Chennai. The room including the bathroom was cleaned properly. Subway outlet is right adjacent to the hotel. Several other regional cuisine serving eating joints exist within 100 m walking distance. The Reception staff is warm and welcoming. They took good care of my 78 year old father, whenever we needed the delivered food to be further carried upto father's room. Charging points work fine, WIFI worked fine, the hot and cold water provisions worked alright. We didnt order any food from the In-Room Dining Menu offered, hence can not comment on the quality of that. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Ironing facility is provided on the 5th floor which has a common area. Checking-out at 0430 hrs in the morning was smooth, without any disputes. The satellite connection to TV in one of the 2 rooms was disconnected. So, i had to connect it to my phone hotspot and watch youtube etc for entertainment. The cutlery provided in room can be improved a bit, few spoons could help. The clearance of trash bin should be responsibility of the cleaning staff, whereas I had to inform the Reception to get it done. Complimentary water bottles (02) provided in each room should be of 1 Ltr capacity each, instead of 500 ml. Only 1 bathing towel provided, instead of minimal 2. Bathroom should have a handwash/ sanitiser dispenser, although bathing soap, shampoo etc was provided. Lastly, since the doors to nearly 6-8 rooms are very close to each other on the 4th floor, someone knocking on the other room's door tends to disturb you in your room. It happened with us. There was some miscommunication and 2-3 individuals were looking to spot the correct room occupied by their friend at 0230 hrs in the morning. so they knocked on my door also, and i answered. Even thereafter, the movement continued for nearly 30 min. No in-room ironing provided.

It is located close to IIT The facilities provided did not match what was promised, offering no value for money. Despite requesting early check-in & check-out at the time of booking, I was charged an additional ₹1500 for just one extra hour for checkout. The rooms were extremely small, poorly maintained, and not cleaned properly. The staff were discourteous and unprofessional—they didn’t even offer drinking water upon arrival. The hotel lacks an in-house kitchen, and when I ordered food from outside, the delivery was intercepted by the staff and never handed over to me. Despite Swiggy confirming successful delivery, the receptionist claimed it was never received, effectively leaving me without dinner. This level of service is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this property.

Its is very closet to Chennai International Airport. Just 20Min. Property also very good and help full staff. Water facility also good (Hot and cool water). Highly recommended.
