I am a frequent guest at Radisson City Centre, but my recent experience was quite upsetting. Usually, I pay at check-out, but this time I was told the policy requires payment at check-in. I had a genuine network issue with my phone and could not complete the payment immediately. I requested to pay in the morning or at check-out, but the front desk was not flexible. We ended up standing at the reception for a long time late at night, which was very exhausting and disappointing for a regular guest. Additionally, when I finally got to my room, the main door was not closing properly. Since it was already very late, I didn't want to call room service and complain then, but it was a safety concern. Everything else was good, but I request the management to show a little more concern and flexibility for guests, especially during technical difficulties.

Very nicely located. Cleanliness and friendly staffs. Nice breakfast with multiple options and multiple live counters for unique dining experience. Gadgets in the room (TV/AC) were noisy when off, shouldn’t be a concern for people who prefer white noise while sleeping. Sink drain was too slow.

Even though i booked with booking.com , they told me when i reached hotel booking is not confirmed and i fought with them and they agreed to give room . its took more than 45 minutes to confirm i was waiting with reception

The property's location, staff, and cleanliness were satisfactory. As a property located in the centre of the south region, I felt the breakfast was not very appealing, with a South Indian flavour.

The staff were very considerate and supportive. Knowing I had to leave early at 6:00 a.m. for my son’s hospital treatment, they packed breakfast for me beforehand. This was incredibly helpful and showed genuine care.

Property was premium and staff was excellent . They even allowed little early check in along with little late checkout . Rooms were well maintained and staff constantly checked on us . Breakfast was amazing as well . Overall a very premium and luxury experience. Everything was exceptional

Over all good experience. Though of extending the stay by one more night, but staff reported rooms are not available, hence reluctantly checked out... Good service, good ambience, clean and nice hospitality by staff

Food was exceptional No wi fi available during whole stay. On first day, I noticed intercom not working that later on attended. But wi fi was useless with frequent disruption and couldn’t work.
