The massage chair that was unique comparing to other hotels EVERYTHING. Staffs not welcoming at all. Slow service. Colleagues don’t communicate with each other. Breakfast not tasty as expected. Received the drink after i finished my food. No towels provided at arrival, no water in the room. They don’t have toilet papers. No wifi!! Which was told just after i’ve paid! No A/C (doesn’t work) I had to run after your colleagues few times to find out where my money is as nobody came to give it back. Yesterday i didn’t receive my drink, and when i complained I received it, but nobody apologised. I asked the guy to let the manager know, but the manager didn’t take any action! Very disappointed. On top of that, the bedsheet were dirty, the lamp has molds same as the cushions!! Unbelievable!

front office staff was not able to handle Online Booking and did not allow me to check-in since they were not aware of the Booking details. I was made to wait for more than 40 minutes with two 80 year's Old couple inspite of informing them the previous day. I had to push them and get a Room. that was why I cancelled the remaining night's. unprofessional behaviour and Lift is very old and needs to be done
