The location is perfect, within walking distance from Koyambedu Metro Station. 10-minute walk from CMT Bus Depot. the refrigerator wasn't working. The room had cracks and paint peeled off in one of the walls completely. When we asked if we could check for one hour late, the hotel's response was that they would charge us hourly. We paid 4200 per night, I think one-hour late check out should be permitted.

Booking.com not verifying sanctity of hotel. The are showing rosy pictures but really nothing is there They have shown tea kettle not providing. For 3 members only one water bottle provided. Bathroom is very nasty bad smell. Stinking smell inside Room. Nobody is coming to pick our bags at reception. No soaps provided. Towels are very bad shape.

It’s right on the road which leads to National Highway 48 and Koyambedu metro is right behind the hotel, it’s 10 mins walking distance. There are numerous restaurants, ATMs, and wine shops within walking distance. A bus stop is directly in front of the hotel. Rohini Silver screen is also next to the hotel, in case if you are a Superstar Rajnikanth fan. Given its proximity to the highway, the apartment had adequate soundproofing, especially given my room faced the highway. The staff at the reception was helpful and courteous. The water pressure in the bathroom was low, affecting every activity that required water and the shower button wasn’t working When inquired, the staff claimed that it needs repair. So basically I had to hold it in the entire time I was showering. The commode wasn’t cleaned properly, for 2600 per night for 2 people, I expect better.

Nothing much. Maybe the location, thats all but even then it was on the main road and noisy. What I saw on the Booking.com site is not what I experienced. The first room I was offered was with a smelly toilet. Then I requested to be given another & was given a room facing the road which I had no choice but to accept. The breakfast was extremely poor. When the breakfast was ready, I went to the dining area but coffee was not ready. I requested for the coffee to be delivered to my room after I had the BF and after 30min they did not bring the coffee and I went back to the dining and coffee was there and they forgot to bring to my room. Service was extremely bad.

Front decks helpful gave early check in but charge..it's ok Very poor cleanliness. Nothing very poor hotel Booking. Com should not put this kind of hotel in website. It's disgrace to the international website. I am very disappointed I travel a lot all around the world with low price I get good hotel with good amenities.
