The stay and the rooms wre very nice the booking and the check-in was easy. the food is excellent and the service both in rooms and in dining wre very nice. and Titli in the front office was a very big help to us in making our stay a very pleasant one. i would definately come back next time

01. A great hotel at a superb location. 02. IMRAN at the check-in was efficient, courteous and fast. All staff at the front desk are good. The guards at the entrance door are very courteous, greeting all guests nicely. 03. Breakfast restaurant staff are very efficient and courteous. They are ways willing to help, and serve. 04. Food is very good, just like all Taj Hotels. 05. Good value for money. 06. Rooftop is excellent with the pool and gym. 07. Steak Restaurant at the rooftop is top notch and truly international class. 08. Overall a very good hotel.

Everything was perfect, the food, service, staff were very polite.

The reception staff who was there at the time of arrival just got the payment and informed our room number and gave us the keycard. That’s it! No greetings, no guidance whatsoever. We were new to this property so we were not familiar with the property, we don’t know where the lift was and we were heading to the opposite side and another person came out of the restaurant to whom we asked for the way to the lift. There was no one to pickup the luggage near the reception or at least to guide where the lift was. Taj coromandel had way better hospitality than this property. However the staff during the checkout was very kind and helpful. Probably won’t be booking a stay here if I have to stay at Chennai.

Room, Breakfast, Promptness of staff response, Overall goodness. Willingness of staff to accommodate my requests, very good, classy look of the facility. Imran Khan was a very good staff member. Everything good now. If in future stays at Taj Club House Hotel, I feel the need for improvements, I will certainly let you know.

Restaurant was good and had a lot of options. My room and how the staff was treating American's Lots of other hotels in Chennai to pick from. They did not honor any of my requests, even though I had booked a year in advance. Talking to other guests I found out that they provided better rooms for last minute bookings especially for Indians...
