Nothing. The property I was assigned had a cockroach and mold on the head rest of the bed.

Breakfast was good and of quality. Location is perfect for US Visa stamping appointment especially for Day 2 interview at Gemini circle Rooms can be better maintained and all rooms should have wardrobe. My first room allocation was too small and didnt have a wardrobe. However, reception helped me move to a better room with Wardrobe.

I did not end up staying at this place. The place was in horrible condition, not clean and most importantly they did not provide WiFi, which was not working. For someone coming outside of India, internet is a must and no internet is surely a deal breaker. I should be charged since hotel did not meet basic requirements. No WiFi, horrible place and felt shady

Breakfast was decent and location is closer to US consulate and fingerprinting place. Rooms were dirty with mold, corridor smelled like rotten food. Towels were torn, bed was not clean with cockroach droppings. Price was way high for a hotel of this quality.

Just the location 1. The water marks all over the bathroom 2. Bed was having hair all around before I occupied late in the night 3. Stinking smell and the smell was associated with cockroach 4. Worst thing is breakfast serving table was all having cockroaches, cockroaches were climbing the spoon tray kept near the breakfast menu. Cockroaches were touching all vessels to be used by guests 5. Room was not cleaned properly at the floor level 6. Dining table was having cockroaches running on it 7. Toilet room near breakfast serving area was stinking badly 8. Lift / elevator was not having any certificate of when was it serviced and how many can travel in the lift. 9. Lift's roof was too shacky and was only merely operating ok, but was scary to ride in it

Nothing really. I had stayed here years ago since it’s close to the US consulate. It was very good then. It has deteriorated. Sheets and pillow were dirty & stained, bathroom didn’t seem to have been cleaned. Since I was here just for a night I managed to stay.

staff was helpful. Helped me to move-in move-out my bags. one of the staff member helped to keep my zomato order while reception couldn't keep it safe. Over priced - hot water wasn't working. complained 2 times and no positive response from room service. AC wasn't good either, temperature gets reset automatically after 20-30 mins. complained but no actions. I paid similar to 4* hotel rate and service was below 2* hotel. Wouldn't recommend this property. value for money is not satisfactory.

Very close to US consulate. The family suite is very convenient with inter connected rooms and 2 toilets. Breakfast is very basic . Simple South Indian food.

The only good thing about this property is their location, which is close to the consulate and VAC center. The management and facilities are the worst. Room service, food everything is the worst.

We loved the room as it was apt for our family. The beds were comfortable and the toilets were very neat. The services at the cafeteria were excellent with very cordial and supportive staff. Overall, it is one of the best hotel stays !!! Very highly recommended
