Very beautiful and thoughtful architecture. Big, clean rooms. Everything worked. Showers had hot water, the bath was big, wifi was working well. Ac worked proper. The bed was very big and comfortable.

Staff was nice and friendly. The location was ideal for us meet the main purpose of visit in Chennai The breakfast was more Indian than European style.

Breakfast is good but they didn’t serve omelette that day. Normally they do custom order for eggs/dosa/poori.

Quite close to the US Consulate, though it's walking distance, the path to reach the consulate is not walking friendly. A taxi or auto will take around 10 minutes to reach the US consulate. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms are not that soundproof, so noises in the corridor easily perpetuate into the room. If this was improved upon, it will be a great bargain for the property.

Clean room. Easy check in and out. Close to airport metro line 1 so good location. Friendly staff. I left food on table under tv and it attracted a few ants. My fault but just mentioning here so that future guests are careful not to leave food open.

Overall cleanliness of this hotel is very good. Breakfast was exceptional - prepared fresh. Staff were all courteous and professional.
