The hotel was located very near to airport. Overall comfortable stay. Bathroom was tiny compared to room size (Suite). Good breakfast spread and had availed complementary pick and drop facility.

I was very impressed by the staff’s attitude and professional appearance. From the doorman and housekeeping to the restaurant and front desk, the entire team is polite and professional. Their grooming and presentation are good, and they are very attentive. I suggest adding more fresh juice options to the breakfast buffet. It would also be beneficial to provide a greater variety of dishes for international guests.

This hotel projects itself as a star hotel but that's not the case. Terrible service. No one was available to help me checkout from hotel and they are charging amount equal to Taj hotel but services are like 1 out of 5 .

I had a wonderful stay. The location was very convenient, especially with easy access to the airport. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would happily stay here again. N/A

This was a most exceptional stay I’ve had at a hotel. Of course, the hotel was beautiful, so verdant and green (and beautifully different in that way), it was also well located for me (close to the airport). But the differentiating factor of this hotel was undoubtedly, the staff. At every corner, all of the staff, without exception, were above and beyond caring, courteous, and attentive. This does not come without an emphasis and training by the leadership, and I am deeply appreciative of that. The food and dining was great too, with a large variety and very good taste. I would definitely recommend this property, and will personally be back! Thank you to all the staff members. Nothing!!
