Not cleaning the clothes. Using the old clothes. Full smell in the rooms. Not comfortable to stay.

I’m writing to report serious issues with the property during my stay. The place was extremely dirty—linens were unclean, there was no proper cleanliness maintained, and the AC was not working. I also noticed rats and cockroaches in the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable and unhygienic. This was very disappointing and not acceptable. Please look into this matter and take appropriate action

SCAM SCAM SCAM I honestly don’t even know where to begin. This place felt like a complete scam. The hotel looked absolutely nothing like the photos online — it was misleading from the moment we arrived. The staff were extremely unprofessional and gave off a very uncomfortable vibe. It didn’t feel welcoming or safe at all. Communication was poor, and there was zero effort to address concerns. Breakfast was advertised and included in the booking, yet when we arrived, we were told it’s “no longer available” — but they still took the money for it. No explanation, no refund, nothing. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The bed sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed in ages. The entire room felt neglected and poorly maintained. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unsettling experience. I would strongly recommend others to think twice before booking here.

Nothing. The rooms were very dusty. Rats were running inside the room. Service was one of the worst I have ever had. They issued the invoice only after 25 days for my stay. They collected Rs. 1200/- for early check-in but never gave a bill or receipt for the same.

The booking is accepting ‘including breakfast’ but as a matter of fact please note that there is NO RESTAURANT at the moment. The one that is listed is actually under renovation. The roof was leaking even at the reception area. The room are stinky and suffocating. I could not stay there at all. I checked out within 1 hour of check-in and booked elsewhere. This place is absolutely not bearable for those who want to stay for overnight or a few days. It may be okay for someone wanting to use the room for couple of hours and leave. I must get full refund of the booking. everything
