1. Property manager said that there is no booking for me. 2. They accept online booking only for 1 or 2 days. Not for 9 days. 3. Room rent they asked is too high I.e Rs.1500 per room per night. So the total rent for 9 nights 2 rooms was Rs. 27k, where my online booking cost including GST was Rs.12k approx. Why Rs.15000 extra. 4. There is no lift. Being handicapped, it is difficult for me to climb stairs. 5. Room size is small. No additional facilities like washing machine, kettle or iron board. 6. No polite behavior by the staff. 7. No parking facility. 8. No free breakfast. 9. I got all these things with lesser price near there. So I moved to other serviced apartment.

I dont recommend this hotel, They are cheating . after reaching the hotel for Checkin , They are demanding more money for the same booking which i already paid , When asked why , They simply asking me to talk to Customer care and Denying to provide room. so I moved another hotel and I lost my money
