I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff Mr.Siva, Mr.Lalith and Mr.Vishnu were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a very comfortable stay at Novotel OMR. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff was courteous and always ready to help. Food was excellent with good variety, and the overall ambience was calm and relaxing. Would definitely recommend for both family and business stays. None

Bustling property courteous staff Beds were uncomfortable, ac was not effective. For some reason they think water doesn’t flow out of the bathroom!! Makes the whole place messy

Firstly, i have requested for airport transportation. There is no email has been responded on airport transfer makes me worried. But somehow the hotel driver was there. Check in was smooth, saw cockroach in the room and was informed to reception they have quickly offer me for an room move..I was happily packed my things and move to another room. In that room TV was not functioning properly. TV remote was not working. I have called reception few times and somehow fixed next day. Fridge no functioning I have called reception and they have send engineering people to checked yet he said it's functioning and he has increased the temperature. Till the next day the fridge not cold and it's not functioning at all. I'm tired of complaining so I have leave it. Please take note. Lastly I have confirmed airport drop off on my check out day. I asked for an wake up calls. There is no wake up called and the receptionist not even informed anything. I called receptionist and check whether the car already in lobby or not. Than I went to check the receptionist told me pay again on airport transfer I told her all payments has been made why I need pay again. Again she checked and confirmed no need to make any payments as all payments has been charged accordingly.. I'm totally disappointed

Location was good and close to office. Room size was okay. Staff (excluding IRD Services) were helpful. Cleanliness was good. IRD services were poor. It took me 30 min to place a dinner call on 16th evening. There was no call back even. Additionally, though I was staying in the hotel, I was being asked to pay the bill in advance by the service boy. I have never experienced this in 25+ years of staying in hotels.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS ....!!!! “Original booking amount - 880 dirhams(Approx) got inflated to 921.94 dirhams - at the time of check in - on account of currency conversion, This amount got inflated by another 5.95 dirhams -with the explanation that it is on account of currency conversion - at the time of checkout. At the time of checkout -received slip from POS machine after credit card transaction - of 927.89 dirhams … however credit card statement showing the transaction debit of 957.03” Slip from POS …. 927.89 - actual debit as per statement 957.03 = Aed 29.14
