The staff were really friendly and the facilities (including the 20 m swimming pool) good. Breakfast with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The vegetarian option were tasty and mild. Room dining option is available with a larger menu. Corridors were a bit dark and the carpets needed TLC.

We had an excellent stay at Vivanta, Chennai, thanks to the team's exceptional hospitality. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with great service from the entire kitchen team. When I fell sick during our stay, Chef Kannan kindly prepared meals to help me recover while also making sure my kids had food they enjoyed. His thoughtfulness made a real difference during a difficult time. Executive Housekeeper Mr. Dashprakash R. checked on us regularly, making sure every request was handled promptly. His dedication to guest comfort was truly appreciated. Overall, our stay was warm, caring, and memorable. Sincere thanks to Chef Kannan, Mr. Dashprakash, Ms. Subashini, and the entire team!. We would love to stay here again.

The room was average and provided the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. it was adequately maintained, although there is room for improvement in certain aspects. Overall it was a decent experience The room was generally comfartable however a few aspects could be improved. the furnishings appeared slightly dated and some areas of the room could have been maintained more throughly, the sound insulation was not ideal and occasinal noise from outside or neighbouring rooms could be heard while these issues did not significantly affect my stayaddressing them would enchance the overall guest experience

The Breakfast offered a resanable variety of options and was satisfactory overall, althought a wider selection and improved quality in some items would have enchased the experience The location was convinent for getting around and accessing nearby amenities making it suitable for my stay The hotel could improve by mordenizing the rooms and furnishings, the room felt smaller than expected, the furnitures appeared datedand the lighting made the room feel quite dark. the building itself seemed to be showing its age and the beds were not as comfortable as i would have liked. addressing these areas would significantly enchase the overall guest experience

I was nicely welcomed by Achint, he was so kind to offer a free room upgrade. The staff at this hotel are all very friendly and helpful. I really liked my room with a nice view, quiet location and comfortable bed.

We stayed here one night before our early‑morning flight to Dubai. After a long journey from Kerala, we expected a peaceful night’s rest — but it was impossible due to constant loud traffic noise and heavy air horns throughout the night. For a hotel of this standard, proper soundproofing is expected. Unfortunately, we barely slept and the stay didn’t serve its purpose.
