Nothing Apart from what I had been booked based on charges shown in booking.com,hotel incharge has told me to pay additional amount₹. It is unexpected and not under my budget. Losing interest to book hotels via booking .com. Hotel must accept the booking advance amount as shown by its online partner else they have the rights to cancel booking. Instead they wait for customers to arrive and give them a surprise price. It's not fair.

Room was spacious but it was smelly like garbage room. Property doesn't have the pleasant ambience, Staff service was very poor, not ready to address the issue and FDM was Chewing gutka and talking to the customer. at the time of check-in FDM is not ready to assist me, they kept me waiting for 30 mins then i came to know that there was an tech issue from the OYO end, hence i left the hotel but my booking was marked as Checked-in.
