The location is excellent! Very convenient. I believe the rooms are a bit tight

I like the amenities, the vibes, staffs are friendly, room was clean, breakfast spread was sufficiently good & yummy, attached to mall that has lots of activities for kids Can’t seem to adjust shower temperature properly. Can’t get lukewarm, it was either too hot or too cold.

The hotel features excellent, very spacious rooms with a modern and clean design—plenty of space to work and relax. The location is its biggest strength; being directly connected to the MRT makes getting into the city center effortless, and having EkoCheras Mall right next door is perfect for dining and groceries There were a few issues. There is no consistency with the hot water—it fluctuates between scalding hot and cold. Also, note that there is no masjid within walking distance. My biggest concern was the internet; we couldn't access Outlook or Botim. Even after the technical team visited the room, they couldn't provide a fix. Breakfast was average and lacked variety—I was disappointed to see no choice of croissants. It’s a good stay for the room quality, but the service and utilities need improvement

The staff are nice and attentive. I was first checked in to a room with intermittent hot water during shower. A technician was sent to fix the problem but couldn't fix it. I made a request at reception and the staff moved me to another room that has constant hot water for shower. My extended stay in the hotel proves that there is indeed problem of intermittent hot water supply. The windows is not sound proof. I can still hear traffic noise in the middle of the night.

Bathroom does not have lock to be locked which is difficult for the family traveling with children. One of the main disadvantage.

Shower: The water pressure is too low in Room 1617, The heater can't be adjusted to mid temperature, either, it is too HOT or too COLD, no in between, I tried to adjust it many times. Also the design of the shower room is not good being too dim and the door opening is very disturbing. Internet: The internet is very bad, being many restriction, for example, even gaming session, the internet is blocking hence I rarely use the internet in the hotel. Parking: Parking space is at P7, very high. suggestion to make it to P3 & P5 as there are lift level to reach these levels. May be management issue. Not sure. Overall: Not bad but expected more at the price point as I been to several hotel.

Nice location in Cheras. Right above Ekocheras mall and connected to the LRT Hotel parking is on 7th floor.

Tv is not smart tv

The view from the room was great. The room was clean and well-equipped. The hotel was connected to the mall, it was very convenient for quick shopping trip. The breakfast spread was limited, and the food was extremely oily. I was disappointed with the bed type. I did not get the requested bed type for my room. It was 2 single beds joined together, and they were moving apart. How about not giving customers options to choose from? and have a fix room type to choose and book from. The parking was expensive, and it was troublesome to go to the lobby to validate the TNG card every time you went out.
