The environment. Conviennce. Safe and free parking on site arranged by the hotel using our touch n go card. They explained the danger of parking outside although I wanted to park outside , they insisted it's not safe. Superb.Thank you staffs. The room was accomadate as requested due to availability. Safety SOP. I recommend this hotel . Thank you . None.

I have stayed in room 501, in the morning there are someone keep knocking the door and tried to open the door forcefully thankfully it was hold by security lock.They can fully open the door

The woman receptionist too rude, if customer asking other room she response too rude, we are paying for our stay not free,as a customer we have full rights to asking.
