Clean room and very friendly staff. The breakfast was really good - such a great inclusion for the stay. Free parking in the lot made things easy after a long drive.

More importantly, if you accidentally leave something behind, don’t expect to get it back easily. Communication and follow-through were very disappointing. Overall, I would recommend looking elsewhere, especially if cleanliness and reliable lost-and-found service are important to you

It’s a bad news first. When we checked in, I asked a question or two of a lung haired, gray haired lady who was on the front desk. She was so rude that all the customers in line just had a “oh my gosh“ look on their face later the other woman apologized to me for the first woman’s behavior. This hotel is way overpriced. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. The brick was fair all in all I would never stay here again.

Do not stay in room 102 unless you want to never sleep !! Due to all loud elevator traffic being directly across from your door. Or the 5:30 am banging of kitchen staff preparing breakfast directly behind wall above your beds. Humidity seeps into room because the entire buildings Ac units are housed directly outside your windows and your window units sucks it all into your room. This room was a big disappointment to our entire stay !!

It was just an all-round experience. The traffic wasn't bad at all> They could leave a few more bath towels. I had to ask for some and they hesitated about giving them to me.

AC stopped working. Maintenance man came & pulled off the AC unit cover & it looked like dust, lint & dirt hadn't been cleaned out in quite some time-dust was thick & caked. He couldn't get AC to work & we had to move to another room.

Convient location. Room was clean and comfy. The noise from the neighbors at all hours of the night made it hard to sleep. We could hear their TV and hear them talking.
