Our room only had four outlets, none of which were reachable from the left side of the bed, where the "phone" was, it obviously was not plugged in. Our bathroom floor was so uneven that our door would get stuck in two seperate spots when we tried to close it. The shower was not level so there was always a small bit of standing water in the shower. The towel rack in our bathroom wasn't level and towels would slide away from the shower. There was mold on the ceiling next to the air conditioning vent outside of our room. The staff was playing for the most part though, not everyone was super friendly but most of them were pretty good overall. The breakfast was okay, I wish there were more options but I can't complain too much about that for what we paid.

Location and staff Shower curtain rod was loose. Shower curtain kept sliding while taking a shower which caused the water to be all over the floor. Linen had stains.

Place was clean and staff was very friendly and minutes from casino also, theres a food lion right next door as well as restaurant at walking distance….. it was my 2nd stay there!!!

Overall, for the price of the room and it's location it was ok. But the property can do better with some simple things. ie the TV would not operate and they had to tape a broken remote with scotch tape. It also took the bathroom sink hours to drain. Staff was extremely friendly but they should do a few quality control checks after each stay. Thus I was a bit disappointed. There are many other places to stay in Cherokee so I challenge the location to do a better job.
