Noise, running in the hall could not sleep, trash in front of room

No it was perfect to me.

Nothing The GM Francis was horrific to work with. She was rude from the moment our client arrived and ultimately because our client complained about the disgusting conditions she kicked my client out of the hotel room and forced her to check out of the facility. We are still waiting on our refund. Terrible experience.

Nothing The manager is a old white racist female that treats her staff horribly. They don’t even have upgraded items in the room, old cabinets, old stoves that only do 30 minutes instead of 60 minutes like most intown suites in the same area. They have bed bugs and roaches. Horrible customer service and dirty location.

Do not reserve a room here. It’s like jail. We couldn’t stand on the balcony. You have to go over to another parking lot to smoke a cigarette. The staff was very rude. One of the staff walked right into our room without knocking. After 11 nobody could be outside on the balcony even if you are in front of your room. The rooms were nasty.

They said they don’t have my reservation

For the price the room was great. It was nothing special but a very good deal for the price.

The Staff was terrible Air-conditioning did not work properly. The so called management team would not give me the number of the district mngr.They would not give me another room. I was told to leave, they called police and have me removed. Paid for 3 weeks stayed only 4 days No money has been credited to my card yet!!!!

Clean room, no complaints

Had to leave 4 days early because their construction made it impossible to get my daughter in and out of room and they didn’t refund any of the stay or even the $50 deposit they required horrible experience and hotels.com is just as bad for allowing their customers to be treated disrespectful and doing nothing to make things right
