Extended Stay America Suites Chesapeake Crossways Blvd

Be aware of over booking. Booked for a 1 night stay. Arrived at the hotel and was informed, they were overbooked and gave my room up. No options for any lodging. I had to pay an extra $250 for another hotel in the area.

Helpful Staff!

The only good thing about this “hotel” was the front desk lady. The room was horrible and smell like smoke and mildew. The whole place was so bad. The stairs smell like urine and smoke. Very bad appearance and high price for a room like this.

Best place if ur going to be staying a while bc they really do help more then any other places

The stairwell was filled with trashcans that were woverflowing and trash was scattered about the area. The shower didnt work and there are cockroaches.

No 24 hour staff, had to use a phone to call someone onsite to check me in. The weather stripping around the door was mostly gone and I could see outside through the gaps. No elevator and I was on the third floor. T he shower barely got luke warm, the was very little water pressure. There was what looked like a pubic hair on on of the three "clean" towels. There was what looked like a pubic hair on the wall of the shower. The was a black splashed stain of some sort on the cloth shower curtain. The toilets paper dispenser was broken off the wall and not repaired. There were large unfinished drywall patches under the towel rack. The refrigerator looked like it was just taken out of storage, it was all rusty and filthy on the outside, I never bothered to open it. I had a late flight coming in around midnight and was checked out by 8:45 and for those 9 hours with all the issues with the room I was charged $167. That's completely upsurd, it want worth $25. And yes I have pictures of it all. Couldn't complain that night unless I wanted to lose even more sleep, cause I would have to call the guy to come back to the desk to deal with my complaint. In the morning I had a graduation to be at, again would have to lose more of my time and sleep to deal with it. This is horrible, never stayed in a room so bad. I have slept in better conditions on deployments in the Army.

Friendly Staff and clean room

The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping the room was very clean felt real safe.

The owner/manager was polite and i recieved a room but I am out 25 dollars. The ibternet was weak and disconnected often. The room was good.

Great over all

Upon arrival, I was informed that although I had a reservation, I did NOT get a room. I was told that due to staffing issues, 17 rooms were not cleaned, so they could not be used. I hope I will not be charged. I spent two hours driving around looking for another hotel room in the area. As I drove 5 hours to get to to this location. The staff at Extended Stay was ABSOLUTELY no help. They just said sorry, no rooms you are on your own.

Everything else

I checked in pretty late.

Nothing Nothing handicap accessible areas, I had to go somewhere else because they only had stairs and I can’t climb stairs. When I booked this I thought they had elevators which they didn’t. Then I asked if they had any rooms on the first floor, which they didn’t. As I said I ended up going to another hotel. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

When it was time for me to checkout!!!! Everything!!!!

Nothing Everything

LOL ONLY HAD 1 COFFEE CUP AT 8AM, GRAB N GO MUFFINS ROOM HAD NO CURTAIN ON WINDOW HAD TO PUT A BLANKET UP, NOTHING IN ROOM. HAIR DRYER, IRON, KITCHEN WARE, COFFEE/TEA MAKER, RADIO, TOASTER, CARPET, PHONE DIDNT WORK, NO CLOCK. BATTERY ON DOOR LOCK WAS LOW TOOK ME ATLEAST 3 TO 5 MINTUES TO GET IN ROOM, HAD TO GET KEYS CHANGE TO GET IN THEY DIDNT WORK. I DONT THINK THAT ALL THE ROOMS WERE THIS WAY BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE ONE I STAYED IN WAS, I ASKED TO BE MOVED BUT WAS TOLD NO OTHER ROOMS WERE AVAILABLE, BED WAS OK ONLY 3 PILLOWS FOR 2 PEOPLE. O YEA NO HEAD BOARD BEHIND BED NO PICTURES ON WALL BUT NAILS WERE STICKING OUT WERE THEY USE TO BE, I DO HAVE PICTURES BUT I THINK YOU GET THE IDEA, PAID 127.34 SURSPOSE TO BE GETTING A 60.00 REFUND WE WILL SEE
