The air-conditioning was not consistent and the people were absolutely ridiculously loud in the hallways and nothing to keep them quiet all night long

The room was clean and the staff was friendly!! There were a few things that I didn't like: There was so much noise in the room next to mine... Kids were running and screaming in the room. There were kids playing in the exercise room All of the buggies were taken for so long I had to take my bags up to the third floor by hand

Breakfast is not complimentary, which should’ve been. I’ve stayed at another Hilton in where it was complimentary and that was the best. I went to try and get a plate but the cashier lady was extremely rude.
