The shower door was literally falling apart and very much an accident waiting to happen. The main elevator was not working and you had to walk down several hallways. No ice machines worked but you could get a sm bag at the front desk. The overall hotel was in dire need of a remodel and the front desk agreed. Lastly the breakfast very weak with no fruit. The girl managing the food no help at all. Then they had the nerve to charge $338 for one night. It was a sat night in VB but that was crazy high for a run down hotel.

Courtney at the reservation desk was extremely helpful, professional and very kind. She went above and beyond her duties to assist us in getting a room during 4th of July weekend. We had reservations through a third party site and had received confirmation. At check in, we were told we had no reservations and the hotel was sold out. The third party experienced a credit card glitch and did not pay the hotel on their end but, did take our payment. Ultimately if it weren't for Courtney, we wouldn't have gotten a room (she had some how got us a room). She assisted my husband in coordinating with the third party we booked through, all while taking care of other guests and making sure my kids and I comfortable in the lounge area. I truly cannot thank her enough for advocating for us, both securing a room but also with the third party booking agency. The suit we stayed in was large, the furniture and bedding definitely need an update. The continental breakfast was good the staff was great, very kind and helpful. Family friendly establishment, very close to other amenities like the mall and Walmart.

There was nothing unique about this property. I thought based on the Hilton name it would have been better. The I’ve machines were broken and you had to go to the front desk to get a ziplock bag of ice. One of the elevators was broken so you had to use the elevator in the back of the hotel. The breakfast was mediocre and please consider an indoor pool for year round use.

the location is excellent the toilet wasn’t flushing had to fill with water myself to flush it. The bath tub fixture to release water from the tub didn’t work. Called desk and maintenance corrected the situation

Staff were super ! Annette Green was the best!

They had breakfast and they were clean . Pool was nice . We stayed cause the beach was packed and no last minute stays

Breakfast was great; good choices. Area was clean. My grandson thought it was great fun to get his cereal in the morning by turning knobs (he is three). Instead of chorizo every morning, change it up a bit.
