Nice apartment; spacious, clean look; good garage - room temperatures during whole stay >> 30 °C - I am still suffering after weeks from heavy skin irritation that was informed by the hotel operation to originate from a contamination of processionary caterpillars.

The young lady in the bar was awful, she didn’t know if they have decaf coffee, when we asked for check she just said ok and walked away to do her stuff and never come back
-
Spacious and well equipped with a lovely wrap around terrace No Air conditioning. The apartment was stifling hot, never getting below 30degrees. We made full use the shutters to block out the sun but to no avail. Also when we attempted to open the windows a little we were attacked by mosquitoes. Also the windowless WC didn’t have an extractor fan. Lastly fir 4 days out of our 5 day stay we had to make do with hand towels only!

Plain and comfortable Distance from downtown

I have traveled to many European countries and experienced all kinds of accommodations. This hotel was truly unique and first-class in terms of cleanliness, management, and hospitality, and I am completely satisfied with my four-day stay here. Use of the pool was an additional cost, which was also expensive.

The design of the property and the quality of the furniture and amenities are rather high. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious, especially the bathroom and the sitting area. The balcony is also nice; unfortunately, we stayed in winter, so we could not really enjoy it. Water pressure and temperature are good. The staff is friendly, responsive, and willing to accommodate requests. They also speak good English. Underground parking is easily accessible directly from inside the building. There are not enough power outlets in the apartment. We had to ask for an extension cable, which was provided. The pillows are too flat. Although a drip coffee maker was available, coffee filters were not provided. For a two-day stay, buying a whole pack of filters that cannot be used elsewhere is inefficient, and this is something the hotel could easily have taken care of. There is a lack of basic practicality for longer or family stays: no dishwasher or washing machine, limited hanging space in the bedrooms, and insufficient towel and clothes hooks in the bathroom. Adding simple wall or door hooks would be an inexpensive but very useful improvement. Having to pay separately for parking is somewhat strange, especially considering that it is the hotel’s own parking facility. And, the most important, the Internet is just a pain... Edit (two days later): After publishing my initial review, I received a notification the following day that the hotel had charged my credit card 75 EUR, allegedly for damage caused by moving furniture between rooms. According to the hotel, this resulted in permanent damage to the wall and to one piece of furniture. I strongly disagree with this claim. No furniture in the apartment was permanently attached to the wall; otherwise, it would not have been possible to move it. During our stay, no damage was caused, and nothing unusual was reported at check-out. It therefore raises questions why the alleged damage was only identified and charged two days after our departure. My initial review was written in good faith, with the intention of providing constructive feedback on practical aspects that could be improved. I also noticed that similar concerns have been raised by previous guests, without visible improvements over time. Unfortunately, instead of addressing this feedback, the hotel chose to apply an additional charge after my review was published. In light of this experience, I am lowering my score. Future guests may wish to be cautious.

Uncarpeted room floor.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The apartment in general was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The staff were okay, when you need them they help you. Although, the location is near a hospital, the noise wasn't that bad unless you're a super light sleeper. It was next to a metro station, and near a lot of amenities. Very safe. The photos are actually compatible with reality. I recommend and will definitely come back again. Some of the kitchen equipment was rusty, which gave a bad look to a lot of previous residents. I strongly advise you to change them, because that was the only bad thing about the apartment.

A great value for money, nicely furnished and spacious apartment, close to a metro station Sound insulation between the rooms could be better

No AC, got very warm at night. Needed at least a fan. Hooks! Put hooks in several places on the walls, bedroom and bathroom. A stand for a suitcase would be helpful.
-
Nice modern clean and tidy With underground parking (at 10 Euros per night ) but it was good Lovely apartment with a great balcony Nothing really apart from resturant being closed on last night but we wasn’t informed So had to return to Rouen central for a meal
-
Pool turned out to be adults only, this was not mentioned during booking (only when dropping down the facilities list apparently). Very disappointed kids, because this was the main reason we choose this accommodation. Fabric elements in the rooms were a bit dusty, causing allergic reactions.

For this price it's great deal. Very modern and comfy apartments. Ill definitely stay again. Floor was not mapped well, so I did it by myself. Found an ants on my second day)) but it was not a huge problem.
-
Clean room, friendly and efficient staff, fairly quiet, quality breakfast Expensive for what it is, terrible wifi, paid swimming pool (10€/hr!)
-
Clean and spacious Checking-in- super slow, receptionist made us wait for more than 15? mins after she said she will come back. Thermostat not working. Room was too hot to sleep! Dodgy and unsafe location. Wifi had NO INTERNET! It’s 2025 for crying out loud!

Lovely decorative touches in the apartment. Spotlessly clean, secure underground private parking (10€) definitely stay again. One thing missing in the apartment was coat hangers in the wardrobe with only two.
-
Everyrhing, lovely place to stay. Only that we couldn't extend our stay as it was fully booked.
-
Never was told where the pool was.
