Clean linen & fresh towels, and a cool room. Location was not too bad, 5min walk to tram One particular male reception staff yelled at my wife and embarrassed her infront of other breakfast guests for filling her water bottle at the "bar", an area not clearly marked as an unprohibited area. This so called "bar" area is about 40cm from the buffet area where there is a kitchen sink with a tap, not clearly marked or taped off as a no go area. The staff member's tone of voice was condescending and bullying, causing a scene in front of other guests enjoying breakfast. This behaviour is unprofessional and management need to train the staff on how to treat and address paying guests. Obviously as adults we get to come and enjoy a break away on holiday and need a stress free environment which shouldn't be like a school set up pointing fingers and treating you like a kid. Staff member apologised for the outburst when confronted but the damage was already done. Other reception staff was friendly.

Friendly helpful staff clean and good facilties The AC was turned off the second night we stayed, when I asked the desk my first request was ignored and the second was brushed off saying the AC would be looked at after checking out. In my opinion an energy saving measure, which is not acceptable to a paying guest, and im a heatwave too.

Cleanliness. I do however believe it is still quite new though. But I loved it. I’m curious why air conditioners don’t get colder yet the overall temperature feels comfortable. The breakfast menu was quite limited but I suppose it’s decent for European standards.

The place is well situated a little bit outside from downtime but very accessible by foot or by public transport. Not many coffee shops or nice restaurants
