AC didn't work

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The location was convenient, and we had an overall pleasant stay. The room was unfortunately very warm, and the air conditioning was not working properly during our stay. However, after we informed the staff, they handled the situation professionally and kindly offered us a partial refund, which we really appreciated.

Comfy bed We explicitly booked a room with air conditioning. That one didn't work so we were sweating terribly during the night at extreme heat outside (while you can't simply open the window on a thoroughfare street.) While such a technical glitch can happen, the really disappointing thing about it was the poor management by the staff throughout. (We also got keys for the wrong room to start with.) They never seemed to be able to provide comfort to people, and answers were deflecting at best. No water offered. In the morning, staff was unable to offer a discount for what happened, pointing to the director being absent for the day. Same reason for not being able to register our membership number. Just very poor management. Staff did not care, they were not bothered at all. Never again.

The room and the bathroom were clean and the bed was super comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, they had kept our luggages before the room was ready There were not any toiletries but I guess it is not a thing anymore? AC was not working well, very important for summer days and heatwave times :)

Standard IBIS hotel. No surprises. Had parking and food. Quiet room request was honored.

The stuff was very friendly and willing to help The hotel room was very stinky with a toilet smell. Although the room was changed, we could still feel the smell, but not so intense anymore. Extra charge of 8€ for parking per day.

The staff was really helpful The room was missing many things such as boiler, cafe, sugar, and other hot drinks for self-service. The breakfast is missing the variety, was very poor.

There was no soap in the shower! The stairs were not really clean! The parking place was really dirty, with garbage and empty beer bottles on the floor.

very friendly and helpful staff, great bed. quiet environment, Although it being on the left side of the river, it is a 15 minute walk to the city center. perfect for us.

Breakfast very good, and the view of the rugby ground from the window of our room was good. Parking wasn't ideal in that location, and areas for exercising the dog were adequate but not extensive.

NA Restaurant was not as good as expected steak was very tough not a lot of choice on the menu will be staying again but not eating in the restaurant
