The smell was bad and the bed was wet so the smell was from wet blankets and was not comfortable sleeping because of the smell

Hot water tap falls off ,,shower leaking underneath around toilet , over the floor,, was not told kitchen closed for 3weeks was big inconveniences .

This was absolutely disgusting that Booking.com even has this hotel on your lists. I've stayed in hundreds of accommodations world wide this one at Chesterhill in NSW was by far the worst. I will be messaging Booking.com for a full refund and an apology for what you put me through especially at my age of 70yrs. Every single thing about it was dangerous and totally unacceptable! Never ever again I would rather sleep on the street.
