Everhome Suites Cheyenne by Choice Hotels

Very clean property and hotel. Room was clean, bed very comfortable and AC worked. Definitely will stay again when my wife and I travel through Cheyenne again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

My wife is the breakfast person, she wasn't impressed. Coffee maker top missing. I loved the location and the floor. In the top 5 hotels that I've stayed at in the past 20 years in Cheyenne. Electric shade broken. Credit card double charged. Have never had that occur before

Not clean, the fridge had food from those before us. The sheets and towels did not feel like it was washed. You can hear everything and there was a constant stomping sound making it very difficult for us to sleep.

Room was just fine. The outdoor area needs more seating and something to block the sun! Also put the fan blades into the fans!

Only complaint I have is that the building should be better sound proofed. The room above us was very noisey all night. Could hear everything. Had trouble sleeping.

Awesome location close to downtown, friendly and accommodating staff, very clean and nice looking rooms! Housekeeping is only once a week, so if you’re staying over a week like we did-you will have to ask for things a few times.

Great overnight stay on our road trip.

Disappointing stay - there are no ice machines, they expect you to use the ice maker in the freezer in the room. It was turned off and after turning it on we got 20 ice cubes overnight. Didn't help cool drinks the night we checked in. Also it was surprisingly noisy for being in a less busy part of the city. Would have liked a little more from staff when we expressed our concerns. It was too late to fix the issues, but they could have offered a partial refund. Unlikely to give this brand another chance.

Beautiful hotel, modern look. Arrived to a room that had not been cleaned and was gross. Assistant manager E. made it right the next morning. Would stay again.

we let the front dest know and they moved us t another room. This one was cleaner. we tried turning the shower on and the fixture was broke. We brought this up to the front desk and they didnt have any other rooms with two queen beds and had no other options. They stated they had no other options as well as no rembursment. Ultimatly I booked a room at the hotel next door. I travel to Cheyenne for work monthly and will never stay here again nor will I recomend this to anyone I know.

Everything was very nice except it was the only hotel on a 45 day trip that didn’t have soap or conditioner in the room.
