Prima hotel

This is our favorite place to stay. Great location, spacious and super clean suite, door between bedroom and living room, comfy bed, bathroom with all amenities, great shower, kitchen perfect for small meals. Very welcoming and helpful staff.

Staff were extremely nice and accomodative. Location was perfect for our stay.

Even though the hotel was not brand new, it seemed pretty well maintained and very clean. The staff at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful during out stay. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The room we had was spacious and beyond our expectations. Clean and well kept. The staff was helpful and accommodating

Everything was as expected. The rooms were very clean as was the lobby and surrounding grounds.

Loved the layout of the room! Only down fall was the carpets must had been cleaned in our room and the floors were wet the two days we were there. Good breakfast!

Best two day stay! Clean rooms - awesome breakfast /social snack. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The coffee and breakfast items were ready prior to the stated time which was helpful as we left around 5:30am. (We were at the same hotel chain in DesMoines and while it was similar-Cheyenne outshined ! - no coffee or even a water to grab on the way out of Iowa! )

The property was clean and well maintained. Not over crowded. Peaceful and quiet.

Staff were awesome--professional and friendly. Breakfast was really good and offered quite a variety of selections. Stayed in the one bedroom suite with kitchen and we were very comfortable along with our two Scottish Terriers. Can't think of anything.

I will definitely stay there again. Everything worked in my rooms. Staff had thought of everything the room, especially kitchen, needed including salt & pepper! The property was well maintained & handy to lots of stores & fast food. Cleaning staff did great job & were very nice - 7/11 about noon!

It was very clean and well taken care of. Never stayed at a Cambridge property but I was very surprised by the hospitality. Food was good for breakfast. Would recommend this location if you do not want to pay for a “Hotel Nightmare “ I would rate it a 4.7

Stayed here for the holiday 4th July weekend. Great place. Very clean and quiet. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Room was nice but the heater/air conditioner being right next to the bed made sleeping comfortably a bit challenging as the room would be hot for a while and when the a/c kicked in, sub arctic…. Maybe move the air conditioning higher on the wall or don’t have it blow directly onto the bed

Emily at the front desk was wonderful. She was able to extend our visit, gave recommendations for restaurants, was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Room was sizeable, clean and convenient to exterior door. Nothing
