This place was a little off the beat and path, but I couldn't have been happier with it! The room was so clean, and smelled good! I was extremely impressed. We got a room on the "outside" with an outside door.. it was so easy for my service dog, Millie, and I to walk along the path behind the hotel and give her a break. The Diner next door was especially charming, and I would highly recommend this place.

The cost is outrageous for what you get. I would skip this hotel and book elsewhere.

the rooms where well kept, floors under the bed where dirty, only had two pillows on each bed that were very flat and lumpy, bed wasn’t very comfortable had a very difficult time getting comfortable.. service was good.

The staff that checked me in were exceptional and super friendly. So nice to meet people who enjoy their jobs!

Very confusing. First you check in inside the food diner next door. Was told our room was “around back”. We drove back there but didn’t see any room doors only windows. We decided to get diner & then go back. I went inside the hotel looking for our room & still couldn’t find it so I went back to the diner to ask. The clerk came outside & showed me. It was down the sidewalk & you had to walk around the building. I went into the room and the carpet was completely covered in white pet hair. If they didn’t vacuum this noticeable mess then what else did the cleaning staff miss. I wasn’t about to have my kids stay. Went back to the diner & told the clerk. She said she could go vacuum it herself or move us to a different room. The whole ordeal of getting lost trying to find our room, and then the clearly visible pet hair was the last straw. I wanted out! Had to go through hotels.com and they contacted the hotel & we were able to get a cancellation. Had to quickly find a new hotel but with Frontier Days everything was pretty booked up or cost more than usual. We could only find the one Wednesday night stay. We ended up having to cancel our last 3 days of vacation and deleting Frontier Days from our experience because everyone was angry over the hotel issue. It’s too bad because that hotel looked good online, had “clean room” reviews and was close to shopping, dining & Frontier Days.

It was a good value for a one night stay. It was an economy property… nothing wrong.

Would be nice to know there was a cafe at the hotel would have saved me from going to another location to eat

The internet states breakfast is included, but it is not. The room smelled like smoke and the room amenities that you come to expect such as body wash and body lotion don't exist. The pillows are pathetic. The room was quiet, so I'll give them that.
