Loved the location, very friendly and helpful staff, amazing furnishings, breakfast. This is one of the best properties I’ve been to in 20 years. I’d love to return soon. A world famous water spa is near by, best kept secret. Scenic views all around especially on the roof. The weather was cold so I didn’t get to enjoy the jacuzzi on the roof. The town was extremely popular some years ago and is having a comeback- I hope it continues because with the Therme this is amazing.

The Staff was great! Location was perfect; view was awesome. The beds were comfy. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy the spa! Latte macchiato wasn’t the best. I found the art in our bedroom rather grotesque~ personal opinion, I know.

Very friendly and helpful staff, suggested tours and restaurants in the area and helped with reservations. The suites are large and clean. You get to enjoy the spa for an hour every day, with jacuzzi and sauna. Breakfast includes sweet pies, pancakes, cereals, yogurt and fruits + good coffee. Location perfect for exploring Val d'Orcia in Tuscany.

Cristina is a wonderful hostess--kind, thoughtful, helpful. She exceeds all expectations. I had a late check-in, after the front desk had closed. And although I was sent instructions for how to enter the building and where my room was, Cristina was at the desk when I arrived. She had waited for me, even after hours. She gave me a great dinner recommendation, and the next morning, she greeted me at breakfast, wanting to make sure I had enjoyed the meal. She's a gem. I watched her provide similar assistance to other guests. As others have noted, the rooms are a little out-dated, and the hotel is slightly off the "main strip." But the quality of the service makes it worth while.

Wonderful place to stay and lovely reception. The spa/sauna was a real plus! Room had great features too. Breakfast was delicious!

Front desk ladies were amazing!! Room was huge.. balcony was huge. Best shower/barhroom in our week in Italy. A nice treat to have breakfast included! Upstairs top terrace was closed.

Stylish hotel with wonderful classic furnishings and very lovely staff. Christina and team were so attentive and made us very welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely return. The roof terrace was wonderful and we had exclusive use of the spa. Just a walk away from the centre of town. A great location to access the Tuscan countryside and escape the city bustle. Our room had a terrace with breathtaking views. There is nothing to not like about this hotel.
