We were looking for an affordable hotel for 1 night. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Very outdated hotel. It doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. The water was barely draining in the bathroom sink. We didn’t use any of the facilities so can’t rate them.

Small shower, broken shower door and plugged drain.

The pool and the restaurant The front of the hotel is very old fashion

Very good experience. I enjoyed very much the cleaningness of the rooms and the spa service. Good breakfast too. The parking was very useful. When I booked, I did not understand that my spa access would have been limited to two hours per day.

I WOULD SUGGEST TO INCREASE THE BREAKFAST QUALITY

Spa

Quiet hotel on a hill away from the crowds. They are a spa with massage services. The food in the restaurant is better than it has to be. It's a tourist hotel, with tour buses pulling up each night and leaving in the morning. Otherwise, it very quiet.

The staff is amazing, trying to make your life as easy as possible, including soya milk cappuccino :) The bar and garden area are very relaxing. The hotel restaurant serves good food. The property is very clean as well. A few quirks. Quite a long wait for a hot water to appear when the hotel is busy, the bathroom needs a little modernisation. The weirdest thing is breakfast arrangements; we were told only to eat breakfast on the right, unlit part of the room because staff was already preparing the nicer part for dinner at 8am (the whole week). The city where the hotel is located is a bit dead now, but it’s in good proximity to other places of interest and still has some excellent restaurants at a lot better prices than for similar quality of food in other Tuscan towns!

Clean, friendly, spacious and great location

Friendly staff, great location, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, free parking, nice pool and spa area, and really close to the Chianciano thermal baths. Would definitely stay in this hotel again in the future. The hotel's restaurant is really good for lunch, with a varied menu from which to choose. Unfortunately it's not the same for dinner. The hotel's restaurant provides a very limited menu for dinner and, despite the fact that the food was actually really good, the portions were quite small. Fortunately, there are other restaurants in the area that provide better options for dinner.

Stayed the night on transit. Free car parking is available underground (good to be away from the brutal summer sun!). The bedroom was large and bed was very comfortable. Rooms and ensuite bathroom is clean. The room I stayed in the bathroom was notably dating (I'd guess 15 years+ maybe?) though perfectly adequate. The spa is very nice with pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and relaxing room where you have various water and apples/fruit available to you. On arrival, you request a dressing gown and flip flops for he spa/outdoor swimming pool. You need to return the gown and get a "return card" otherwise you will get stung for the dressing gown! Breakfast was plentiful, some hot foods (sausages, eggs) a large selection of continental (pastries, cold meats, bread) and fruit. Hot drinks was ordered from the counter. Not much to detract, there is a balcony in the room I stayed in but it was permanently shaded. I could not find an English speaking channel on the TV, though a TV guide might have helped here!

It was a very good hotel in the 70’s. The all structure should need massive refinement . The SPA is old and nothing was done to refresh it
-
Nothing It’s just an old Hotel surviving before it gets closed for good Very sad It’s old in every sense and need’s a serious revamp. The local industry of the terme is in decline hence no more a major destination and the hotel is just decent but not even a 4 star for today’s standards

Peaceful location with nice views. Close to therme We had a spacious room with separate leaving area, bedroom, one en-suite and one bathroom. Good size balcony. The spa area isn't big, only 1 swimming pool and 2 saunas. It was a bit crowded with customers . The staff on reception was very friendly and helpful, looks like guys do so many duties. Luck of staff The hotel on the pictures looks better than in real. Need renovation and modernisation a lot. Has big potential, but you can see that the owners don't pay too much attention y To upgrade. The restraunt for breakfast looks so bad: the choice of food wasn't great, the walls were scrutched. The bar furniture was falling apart. Plastic cups for drinks in the restaurant and the rooms!!(( and its 4 star hotel. Beds and pillows were not comfy, we couldn't sleep properly.

They could have some vegetables on the buffet for the breakfast. Also, the entire atmosphere of the restaurant can be improved by some decoration, music…
