The location of the hotel was nice, in a quiet area. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a realy good value for the money. No breakfast available. But this was a good reason to explore the suroundings.

Okay hotel but a little worn. Everything in the room worked and the room was clean enough including bathroom. Restaurant nearby (50m) with good food to reasonable prices. Parking behind the hotel, but not very big. The area a little sleepy.

Room was as described on listing. Staff did not speak English however this was not a problem, check in was smooth. Parking was available at the back of the hotel, and well situated. 15 minute walk to supermarket and main restaurants. Wifi was OK, dropped in and out at times but usable. I'm assuming there once was a restaurant in the hotel that has now closed, as the towels and bathmats we were given were in fact linen tablecloths and napkins. We stayed here to drive around towns in Tuscany and it was a good location, you can drive to Montepulciano in about 15 minutes. A good stay, though no kettle or fridge in the room unfortunately

good location and clean the hole family lives in the hotel. every room has a member or kids of the family. noisy most of the time cuase the kids dont understand it is a hotel with customers and they behave like home owners dont speak english
