I requested a free bed. And i was notified that the request was granted. But once we arrived, the bed was not ready yet, and i was charged extra for it.

Perfect place to disconnect and relax... Clean all around. Loved the pool and the onsen and the views... Breakfast was OK. Good variety. Also is always nice when the eggs are cooked in the moment... Rooms where nice and clean. Beds and pillows where awesome! We actually wanted to buy one of their pillows to bring home, but we couldn't... The pool table is a bit rundown... nothing to serious, though

The safe is old fashioned and is different from standard models. Probably, it can only be used after lengthy study and trials. I was not able to use it.

Great staff real friendly and helpful. Top location looks over a beautiful marble swimming pool on the river across from Laos with many amenities like electric bikes Japanese hot mineral pools .And authentic Thai food and a fantastic western breakfast in their restaurants. The advertising photos did not do the hotel justice.It is really far better than it looked. So exceeded my expectations.

Stayed overnight and took the Mekong cruise boat the next morning after crossing the border into Laos. A short bus ride to the border immigration. Short walk to town with restaurant, mart and small night market. Got a room with panoramic view of the Mekong and Laos across. Beautiful sunrise right from the balcony. Swimming pool is a great plus by mid-afternoon right after check-in. The onsen is a fantastic surprise and loving it. Was on a weekend so restaurant quite busy but easily found dinner elsewhere on the street. Morning breakfast excellent. None

Very nice property. The pool and the onsen were lovely. Fabulous view of the Mekong. We had dinner at the hotel and it was very average. There was no hair dryer.

The value of the hotel is derived from a few points: 1) wonderful location on the river side 2) good, clean and spacious rooms, 3) great staff with professional and charming appearance 4) bike friendly (though not a typical biker only hotel, also wonderful for non bikers). Appreciated the personal appearance and support of the GM, Mr KK. The pool is great with a view of the magic river Mekong Nothing really, maybe the few dishes in the restaurant could have tasted a bit more authentic - but that is a comment of minor importance.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Very helpful at the the front desk to set up a tuk tuk for us to bring us to the border crossing in the morning. The room was nice and super clean. We enjoyed dinner on the deck overlooking the river. We visited the onsen after dinner and it was amazing. It is like a traditional onsen with a separate onsen for men and women. Nothing

When my minivan didn’t pick me up, they helped me navigate transport to the bus. This place really is the definition of Thai hospitality.

Staff was lovely and helpful. Pool very nice. Onsen was underwhelming; rooms dated. Likely not worth the premium price compared to other hotels in the area.
