the night i stay was the same day with Harley Gang, staff cannot control Harley Gang that disturb other guest, I cannot park my car . very bad operation and management

Staff was not too helpful complained multiple times about the aircon and tv not working aircon came and looked at it but was not too cold tv never came by

The front desk staff were very friendly they all had smiles every time we saw them. The rooms were very clean and the location was great! It was close to one of the malls and other restaurants. We only had some minor issues with one of the showers overflowing because the drain was clogged. They came and fixed it right away.? The major issue we had was not having a way to get food ordered from the hotel. I do understand are stay was during Songkron so it maybe why, but it was a negative for us. We tried to order food from poolside as we were told we could, when we called they said it opened at 5:30pm. Then again we tried to order room service at 8:30pm and told it was closed when their menu said it closes at 9:30pm. Then again we downfall we had was not being able to order food from the Hotel. But other than that it was a decent place to stay. I would stay again, as it helps there are restaurants close by.

The rooms were lovely and clean. The staff were friendly The pool was closed and looked like it had not been open in a long time. The bar did not stock beer and the breakfast was poor.

Charming Architecture and Decor: I appreciated the hotel's architectural design and overall decor. The ambience was aesthetically pleasing, providing a pleasant and unique atmosphere. Inconvenient Location: Unfortunately, the hotel's location left much to be desired. It is not close to any significant points of interest, and the absence of nearby restaurants or cafes was a noticeable drawback. While transportation to and from the hotel was convenient, the lack of local amenities was inconvenient. Worn-Out Decor: Although the hotel boasts charming decor, it is evident that the furnishings have seen better days. The once exquisite design now appears a bit worn and dated. It seems that the hotel, which likely held a prestigious status in the past, has fallen into a state of neglect. Renovation Needed: The overall condition of the hotel suggests a pressing need for renovation. Uncomfortable pillows and frayed linens took away from the overall comfort of the stay. While the rooms were clean, signs of wear and tear were evident, highlighting the necessity for a thorough rejuvenation of the facilities.
