Prime Square Hotel

We checked out of a really poor hotel the day we booked this and had no where to stay until we found this place, they welcomed us and we where able to stop worrying right away. this hotel was a good location for us as the mall was right across the street and lots of great local spots to go and eat. we where also able to rent a bike and our laundry all within a 15min walk and of course a 7/11 only about 5mina from us. The breakfast was a great way to start the day they had great options. The room was really clean and had huge windows and all the staff were really great we really enjoyed our stay here we would definitely come back if we are in the area again! the only issue we had was a small in the washroom it was pretty bad most days but we just kept the door shut and it didn’t spread out into the room. When they cleaning crew came in would smell better for the day then stink again.

It is a small, intimate hotel and truly appreciated how well it catered to guests’ needs. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, making it easy to relax from the moment I arrived. I especially enjoyed the pool area, and the quiet lounge was a real bonus — a lovely space to unwind and enjoy some peaceful time. On the downside, the breakfast selection was the same each morning (for example, soup and sweet potatoes), so a bit more variety would have been appreciated. The gym facilities were adequate, but it would be great to see a wider range of weights available.

Fantastic staff - there is one main gentleman working the desk who has glasses who was super funny and nice. Enjoyed interacting with him. Laundry service available for fee - we got a whole bag washed, dried and folded for 350 baht. Bed was so, so comfortable - we slept so well the entire trip. Thermostat works very well and A/C worked great. Booking.com states this place is sound proof - I would not say it is sound proof, because you can still hear some traffic, but again we slept amazing and did not once get woken up related to sounds. The bed was very comfortable. I used the fitness area a couple of times and appreciated that. They have a buffet breakfast in the morning that we felt was perfect for us to start our mornings. Location allows for easy walking over to the Nimm neighborhood for access to great food and activities. Had multiple pick up and drop off situations (for zip line, elephants, grab for rides) and never once had an issue with anyone finding the hotel. Black out curtains worked amazingly well. Had two windows that could open for fresh air. We were in 203. Biggest complaint is that the shower had multiple issues. First issue is that the shower door couldn’t close all the way, stayed about an inch open, which kept getting water on the floor and made the bathroom steamier than necessary. Secondly, the drain in the bathroom showern had a bad smell every evening (we experienced this during our stay in Bangkok as well). There were signs of some mold in the corners of the inside of the shower. This shower had an overhead rain shower head plus a lower moveable shower head, and the lower shower head had a lot of black dirt/gross build up on the head where the water comes out. Water pressure is okay, but the worst part is that this shower NEVER gets hot. I mean, I showered with the water on full hot every single time I showered and it never got past lukewarm, plus the temperature would fluctuate all the time from lukewarm down to colder and then back up to lukewarm, but never once was it hot. If you honestly are not a shower person and don’t care about this, this place would be fine for you. For me, for this reason alone I wish I would have hunted around a little more for another place. Every time we left and came back we had to log back into the WiFi. Annoying but definitely wouldn’t keep me from staying again.

Everything was really good except for the bathroom. The shower water pressure was really low and in the 1 shower I took the water temp changed by itself from hot to cold to really hot to cold. I had to keep adjusting the temp. And either the towel rack needs to be higher or you need shorter bath towels because when it hangs on the rack it covers the raised toilet seat. And the breakfast buffet good use a little better selection.

Comfortable, large and modern room in a great location. Pool is quite small and breakfast is basic.

It was clean, price was quite good, breakfast was good but not great. Since it was included in the price it was a good deal. Very small room. Location a bit outside the city but reasonable distance with scooter. The pool was not perfect, cold water and only two sunbeds.

Great location near Nimman, near Maya Shopping centre and just outside of the city centre making it not too busy Having to log in to the Wi-Fi every time returning to the hotel

Nothing This is NOT a four start hotel! It's just a simple motel with poor facilities. The bed is so uncomfortable.. the water shower pressure is unbelievably low. .

Easy to park, breakfast was great and overall value for money. Friendly staff as well

I was very satisfied with the breakfast. It's close to the MAYA shopping mall and it's good. If I took a taxi with a bolt, I could go to the airport cheaply. There's a lot of smoke around the MAYA shopping mall

Nice big room. Bed was comfy. Nice and clean and staff was pleasant I had the hotel take care of my laundry and that was perfect Location was a bit of a problem because it's a bit fat by foot to Nimman (I imagined it would be closer)

Walk distance to Maya. Shower water not hot.
