The staff is very nice, overall a peaceful and quiet place The beds are a little too hard tho, dont feel like a mattress

I had to ask for cleaning service a couple of times a day and even then the room would not be cleaned sometimes. Cleaning is also inconsistent - had to ask change sheets, sometimes they won’t leave fresh towels or forget to leave a toilet paper

Far from center, not very soundproof from neighbours

Clean and quiet, away from main roads so traffic noise was very minimal. There was a patio type area at the entry that created a social type environment. A bit far from the old town center and the entertainment areas, about a 20 minute taxi ride, Grab rides and food delivery were easy to get. Only one nice restaurant within walking distance, but multiple Thai food places. House keeping doesn’t clean the room unless you request it.

Also our room was next to the parking so all the motorcycle noise makes it hard to sleep No point of going there as they are a lot of better and quieter hotel in the old town (much nicer area)

Very clean Quite spacious for that price Balcony was a nice plus, there is even a place to dry clothes They offer laundry service it was quite fast Excellent staff They don’t respond to messages on booking, but that’s not an issue since everything was ready for me.

The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The price was unbelievably cheap — at this rate, I honestly have nothing to complain about.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Place had many mosquitoes but I believe it’s because of the hot season. The staff did what they could with insecticide and repellant. It’s a comfortable place with a nice outdoor area with instant coffee and hot water. A microwave is also available to use. Would recommend people to stay here. There is also small supermarket, laundry, food shops at walking distance :)

I could hear the TV playing in the room next door. As well as a fair amount of street noise . The bed was to hard for my taste . It appears to be a older hotel that is well taken care of but still older. You have to remember to push the button on the door to lock it as you leave . It does not lock automatically. I think the price is a little high .
