The view from the room had amazing view of the river. Staff not particularly helpful, the breakfast very limited if you don’t like eggs, you could only have one hot drink with your breakfast, otherwise you had to pay 60thb

Everything about it is excellent, from the reception, breakfast, tranquility and relaxation with nature. No grocery store nearby No elevator for wheelchair users

We booked this to escape and have some time to read by the pool and relax. It absolutely hit the spot for this. The staff were lovely and accommodating. There is one lovely bar round the corner which did good food, but not much is in walking distance and not many restaurants. So you do have to get a grab most places. Good to get away from the centre but not much about. Breakfasts were fine and we were hoping for a day where we could eat lunch and dinner here but the food was pizza ect so super disappointed there wasn't more thai and vegetarian options. But beautiful hotel and rooms great showers and great escape if you need a relax

One of my favourites whilst travelling, very comfortable bed -Great shower -Lovely grounds -7/11 close by, with a big lotus store 10 min drive away -friendly staff -The pool was freezing and not the cleanest -Limited food choices for veggie and gluten free -Some ants in the room so make sure you don’t leave any food uncovered -No English TV channels

The hotel is a fantastic place to relax! The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and local dishes. The staff was friendly and made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort. While the hotel has many positives, the pool’s location was a bit disappointing. It only received sunlight in the morning, which made it impossible to enjoy the sunset by the pool. It felt like a missed opportunity for evening relaxation.

Nice and clean and the bed was comfy. The morning view of the sunrise and the Ping River is always stunning as it always is. The layout of the room is a bit strange for me (personal opinion). The room is nice, but it would have been great if the working table was set somewhere near the window. (The table is set behind the bed, the bed is placed in the middle of the room which blocked the view of the river when I had the zoom meeting. So, I had to sit behind the bed next to the wall, and cannot see the view of the Ping River.

Very spacious & clean room with all the necessary things provided. We had booked the loft room which has an inside staircase to go up. The staff member helped us to get the luggage to the higher floor. The bathroom too was ultra spacious :-D The breakfast had multiple ala-karte options including vegetarian friendly choices. The food was great too. Definitely recommended to stay here.

We have spent 10 days here. A lovely hotel. The staff are so helpful. My daughter has coeliac disease and needs a gluten free diet and the chef and staff were very careful to ensure all the food provided for her was gluten free. The food was excellent, with a variety of Thai food as well as a pizza and pasta menu. The pool was lovely and refreshing. Relaxing gardens looking over the river with a cocktail was bliss! 7 minute walk to 7/11. 10 min taxi into the city. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Anyone with mobility issues should book a ground floor room as there is not a lift. Although the staff were very quick to help with luggage up the stairs when we arrived.

Nice quaint hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice and spacious room which had direct access to the swimming pool. Sun beds provided out on the grass near the Ping River to relax with umbrella shade. Hard to get Grab service to and from, other than that everything was perfect for me.

The standout features of this hotel were its excellent location, the peaceful atmosphere, and the friendly and attentive staff. Additionally, the nearby river added a serene and picturesque quality that enhanced the overall experience. If I were the owner, I would focus on addressing the small maintenance issues.
