the location, too far from 7 eleven. it is hard to adjust the shower, always cold water. the lights were not suitable for sleeping time. need to add some sleeping lights

Good location if you like it to be quiet. Clean and neat environment. Bed is super comfy Breakfast is limited for muslims. Bathroom is rather small. Better if the bed is facing tv.

Mattresses were very hard, small rooms, breakfast ran out of options by 8 am and barely got refilled

No place to get coffee and drinks during the day. Only a Japanese vending machine outside the hotel with that didn't work. For some reason they never cleaned the hallway infront of the rooms. It was really dirty. Old stains.

Great location. Close to Wararot market, and 7/11. We got a rental, so parking was good and safe. Walking distance to all the night markets. Nothing that I didn't like.

I was disappointed with the breakfast. I booked breakfast for two days. After eating it on the first day, my team and I decided to eat somewhere else in Chiang Mai the next day.

Location was great. Able to walk to most local attractions and markets. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Need to pay a little bit more attention to cleaning.
