Perfect location across the street from the night market and old city. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms with working AC, and overall a great value. The shower didn’t get hot and the water pressure was very weak.

Nice hotel, overall is quite basic but well maintained, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is ok, not so many options or variety, the location is right outside of the city center, about 15 to 20 minutes walk to the main thing in the city center

The pool was always free One morning, I had to tell the hotel staff to remove the cockroach on the bananas. The soap holder in the bathroom had a lot of dust collected on it. Whenever someone moves out or in their room, you will hear the door close or open.

Great location- easy to walk around to old town & touristy sights. Current pool is clean & inviting, but small. Be good to have a bigger pool and allow use before noon.

The location is perfect, in a quiet area close to shops and food stalls. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was nice and decent. Laundry service available. All the Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Olivia at the reception. Would recommend this hotel. Value for money. All good.

The location is perfect, very close to the centre and everything you might want, yet tucked away in a little cul-de-sac so very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast had a good selection with both Asian and Western options. All the staff had enough English to communicate and do their jobs well, and they were all very helpful. The pool is great and big enough to swim properly. Now i am being very fussy: as with most hotels, the room key needs to be in a slot to use the lights and a/c in the room. This slot is hidden behind the sliding bathroom door. Just a little confusing at first as i couldn't find it. Also, i would love to have had a USB charging point in the room. A few hotels have these now and they are very useful when traveling internationally.

Some of the reception staff were very lovely and helpful. The room was kept clean and supplied regularly. The location is great a quiet street very close to Chiang Mai gate. Good sized room and very comfortable. Laundry available on request. One reception staff member came across a little rude and abrupt. The toilet seat was loose and a coat hook was loose also. The breakfast was good but not very hot
