The property was extremely clean and quiet and great location 5 minutes walk from the old town. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to assist. Exceptional breakfast also. Nothing to dislike.

Location was perfect... close to the old city but not on the main road. Very quiet. Breakfast was excellent with lots of healthy choices including veggies and made to order eggs. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The beds were too firm. I am a side-sleeper and I needed a foam topper on the bed.

What a great little hotel. We were here for 4 nights and absolutely beloved it. The location was steps away from old city, and very walkable. The staff is one of the best I have seen at any property. True Thai hospitality and made they our stay even more special. Everyone was helpful and kind but we want to mention to Boom for his help with reservations and always there to help. Loved the great breakfast spread and 24 hour access to water and coffee. Finally, the hotel is quiet, with no issue of street noise. If I ever make it back to beautiful Chiang Mai, I will stay here again. Na

Best stay out of all my hotels on a three week Thai adventure. Hotel is gorgeous and staff were amazing. All staff members introduced themselves and inquired about my plans just to give tips and advice where they can. I got sick during my stay and front desk directed me to nearby pharmacy and even broght a hot water bottle to my room to help with my stomach cramps. Very thankful. Breakfast was amazing and options of food and juice were vast and different everyday. Room was much nicer than expected with beautiful patio which got plenty of sun. Chiang Mai was my favorite city and this was my favorite hotel. Best value! Thank you for the hospitality!!

The staff was so nice and accommodating. The room was very spacious and clean. Plenty of fresh towels and hooks to be eco friendly! Free water with a refill station. Breakfast was great with many available choices. They had bicycles you could take out for a stroll! Within walking distance to a night market and self laundry facility. Not a single thing to not like!!!

Most warm, friendly, and helpful staff! Facilitate was very well kept and has a calm vibe. The breakfast served each morning is unique and the staff is happy to explain what the various dishes are. Only thing that would’ve been nice is a full body mirror in the room.

Genuinely warm and helpful staff, great breakfast, very clean, a quiet, convenient location near the Saturday walking market and restaurants. Spacious supreme double room with balcony on third floor, well soundproofed. The hotel gave us a beautiful flower bouquet for our room, for our honeymoon. Staff also went out of their way to buy gluten-free bread and unsweetened yogurt for us. They made us feel at home. Nothing to dislike.
