The location is also a big plus: it’s within walking distance to the old town, yet not directly in it, so the atmosphere is peaceful and calm, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Highly recommended! Nothing. Everything was very good.

This is the second time for me to stay here and I highly recommend it. The staff were all wonderful and made our stay pleasurable experience. They responded to our need so efficiently and fast. The breakfast is not a buffer style but very good. The quality of the coffee is not in par with the city of Chiang Mai home of excellent coffee.

This is a gorgeous small boutique hotel. It’s been open for just a few years. The restaurant for breakfast is so lovely and our room for a family of four with young adult children was fantastic and spacious. The pool and poolside bar are charming and the staff is amazing at every turn. Close to the night markets and some amazing food. Asusarn had the best Pad Thai of our trip so far!!! This is picky but I hope helpful. I would have enjoyed better side tables next to the bed. The small stands that are used as side tables weren’t big enough to hold a book/ clock and glass of water. I also thought there needs to be a floor transition so the tile and bedroom flooring meet gradually. We were nervous about hitting in the dark.

Great service from front desk jumping up to open the door, grab delivered to our room with utensils to turndown service. Hotel was an oasis away from the bustling city. Walkable but a bit further away from old city. Not deal breakers but also easily fixable - 1) worst/thinnest toilet paper I've ever used 2) towels were thin and didn't feel equal to the hotel level 3) worst q-tips in the vanity kit. Breakfast was just ok.

Modern luxuries with the most kind and hospitable staff. The food is out of this world. No need to eat outside if you don't want to. Shout out to Ms.June, our housekeeper, she made us feel so special on our honeymoon by leaving us little crafts that she had made for Loy Krathong. Everything about our stay was seamless and stress-less. Thank you Maladee!

The hotel room is big ,clean and nice decoration. The hotel provide great amenities ex. shower gel from Harnn , Dyson hair dryer. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a la carte buffet with many selection from Thai to European. Breakfast is from 7:00-11:00.

This was a very nice boutique hotel with central courtyard with pool w/hot tub, and a bar with great poolside service. The staff was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I think what makes this hotel special is the staff and the little extras like afternoon tea and snacks, as well as some small activities for guests, and the shuttle service to the night market. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay at this swanky little hotel. The hotel and grounds were very clean and nicely designed. A couple of raised door thresholds and slick or uneven surfaces could be tripping/slipping hazards for some guests. Also, some minor pool noise from kids in some afternoons if that sort of thing bothers you. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others who enjoy the personalized touch of a boutique hotel over the less personalized experience of a larger hotel of a similar price.
